Custom 3D Printed Boat Parts & Hardware for Pickwick Lake — Savannah, TN

Pickwick Lake is one of the best fishing and boating destinations in the mid-South — and if you spend serious time on the water, you know that standard boat hardware never quite fits your setup perfectly.

That rod holder angle isn't right. The cleat is in the wrong spot. The replacement part for your older boat is discontinued. The mounting bracket you need doesn't exist in a catalog.

That's what we're here for.

Custom Marine Parts, Printed in Savannah

Create Custom Parts Co. is located right here in Savannah, TN — a quick drive from Pickwick Lake, Shiloh Marina, Pebble Isle, and the surrounding boat ramps and docks. We print custom parts for boats, pontoons, kayaks, and fishing setups, built to your exact dimensions.

What We Make for Boat Owners

UV-Resistant Materials for the Water

Standard plastics break down fast in direct sun, saltwater spray, and constant UV exposure. We use ASA for most outdoor marine applications — the same weather-resistant material used in automotive exterior parts. It holds color and structure through Tennessee summers on the water.

For parts that flex or need to grip, we use TPU (flexible polyurethane). For high-strength structural parts, we have PETG and Nylon on hand.

Fast Turnaround, No Minimums

Most marine parts are ready in 1–3 business days. If you're heading out on the lake next weekend, text us early in the week and we'll make it work.

There's no minimum order. Need one rod holder? We print one. Need a matching set of eight? We do that too.

How to Order

The easiest way is to text us at (731) 926-6167 with a photo of what you need and a quick description. We'll reply fast — usually the same day during the week.
